MY PERSONAL STORY
For over 16 years I struggled with my weight and self-esteem. I didn’t know at the time how to stop overeating and I was drinking too much alcohol too - I just thought it was the easiest and quickest way to run away from my life!
I lived in a mind and body that thought there was nowhere else to go but make myself feel really crap about everything by continuing the binge cycle of overeating, yo-yo dieting and general negative thinking. I believed that everyone else was slimmer, more clever, happier, healthier and managed their lives better than me.
